The role

What a trainer actually does

Two sessions a month, in your city or online. Every format is ready-made, so you bring the energy and the material is already there.

Run Canva AI Camps

Two-hour hands-on sessions: ice-breakers, three practical modules, a swag draw and feedback in the room.

Teach on campus

Short sessions with student societies and classes, built around what students actually need to make.

Support partner events

Deliver the Canva session inside an incubator, company or community event a partner hosts.

Go online

Live sessions for the cities and towns where we do not have a room yet.

Share what you learn

A short report after every session so the next trainer starts ahead.

Grow the team

Spot the people in your room who could be trainers next, and bring them in.

Who should apply

  • You can give this two sessions a month for a six-month season

    One minute of you explaining one Canva feature to a beginner. Phone camera is fine.

    Trainer deck, your portal, the kit, and your city group.

    First session

    A small, curated first session with an experienced trainer alongside.

Ten minutes. Be yourself, we are looking for clarity and warmth, not polish.

We reply to everyone. Trainers start in seasons, so timing depends on the cities we are opening and the room we have, never on how polished your form is.

It is a community role, like our City Leads: there is no salary, but sessions are fully supported, you get Canva Pro, swag, decks and a trainer certificate, and the experience is real. Trainers have gone on to jobs, Canvassador status and speaking slots.
